The receptionist couldn't give me change and promised to deliver it, but I waited forever. Plus, the place was dirty, and basic amenities like water and towels were missing.

I had a well decorated room in this tidy hotel. The staff were excellent co-operating and amicable. It was very close to the market and store, the mosque and restaurants around, convenient location overall. It also was close to shops.

comforts of twin room were fabulous - an air conditioning, a safe, and tv. pleased it had a walk-in shower.

The location was decent, about a 15-minute walk to public transport. The staff were helpful, and the room was spacious with a fridge and washing machine. Just note the cleanliness could be better, and essentials like towels weren't provided, so come prepared! It was an okay stay for a short visit.

Besides, it was not very far from a victorian museum. The room was beautifully decorated and well furnished and included fairly clean bathroom.

My fridge didn’t work, and when I brought it up, nobody seemed to care. I had a hard time getting assistance, and at times, the communication barrier made it even worse. The location isn't too shabby either; it's only about 2.5 km from the mosque, making it easy to find taxis for a short ride!

I struggled to get basic stuff like towels and water—not to mention the shower pressure was super low. you’re looking at around 10-15 SAR for a taxi, which adds up if you're going back and forth all day. pretty disappointing!

the hotel was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that exceeded our expectations. we were fortunate enough to enjoy a beautiful view of masjid-e-nabawi and mount uhud right from our window. being located on a busy main road made it easy for us to find shops and restaurants nearby. the check-in was smooth, and the room service staff was very helpful with our luggage.

Had a comfortable stay for holidays. Its location is just a pleasant stroll away from Kelham Island Industrial Museum. You can easily walk to shops and a market. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

This hotel is in a great spot, right next to plenty of restaurants and shops. I discovered a place called Che Gaucho nearby and enjoyed eating there a few times. 🍽️.
